STABLE ELECTRICITY SUPPLY; IPERU LIGHT UP SCHEME APPEALS FOR PROMPT PAYMENT OF ELECTRICITY BILLS, URGE RESIDENTS TO EMBRACE THE USE OF PREPAID METERS The Light Up Iperu Scheme Management Board has appealed to all the residents of the town to promptly pay all their electricity bills due to the Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company Limited. The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Ijebu North Chapter, has officially launched its highly anticipated YOUTH ESSAY COMPETITION. This initiative calls on young, passionate individuals from the region to participate in an essay contest designed to foster critical thinking and engage in discussions about significant community issues. The topic for this year’s competition is "THE ROLE OF YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN REVITALISING NIGERIA'S ECONOMY'.  The youth council, through its directorate of education, aims to stimulate conversation on the vital role that youth entrepreneurship plays in the nation's economic growth, encouraging participants to share their unique perspectives and innovative ideas.
