On behalf of the leadership and entire members of the Articulated Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN), Ogun State Chapter, I heartily congratulate our esteemed leader, Alhaji (Prince) Shamsideen Adebayo Apelogun (All Rounder), on his well-deserved appointment as Amirul Hajj for Ogun State pilgrims for the 2025 Hajj exercise.

Your selection by the Ogun State Muslim Pilgrims Board is a clear testament to your longstanding integrity, devotion to service and the unwavering trust reposed in you by the government and the good people of Ogun State. As the National President of ACOMORAN, your leadership qualities and passion for the welfare of the people have never gone unnoticed and this latest recognition further affirms your capacity to serve in even greater dimensions.

We are confident that under your guidance as Amirul Hajj, the Ogun State Hajj delegation will enjoy excellent coordination, spiritual upliftment and a rewarding pilgrimage experience. In what appears as transition of leadership, Otunba Taofeek Sokoya (a.k.a Danku) has been unanimously voted as the new Chairman of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners & Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN). This follows the resignation of Otunba Aina Nurudeen Alowonle, who stepped down to pursue his 'lifelong ambition'.  During an emergency meeting held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, the state executives of AMORAN addressed the resignation letter submitted by Otunba Alowonle. by Onayiga azeez SSA Media  The Chairman of the Articulated Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN) in Ogun State, Otunba Taofeek Sokoya (a.k.a Danku) has initiated a groundbreaking effort to engage and empower former chairmen of the union. This, he kick started with a significant gesture of support by reaching out to his predecessors, offering them a sense of belonging within the union. The historic meeting, held at the Union's state secretariat in Abeokuta on Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024, saw the attendance of Alhaji Azeez Olawale, known as "WILLYKAY",  a former chairman of the union, who represented other past chairmen.
