On this auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of His Royal Majesty, Oba Samuel Babatunde Ajayi (Torungbuwa II), the Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remoland, we, the entire members of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners & Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN), join the good people of Remoland, Ogun State and Nigeria at large in celebrating a monarch whose reign has been characterized by peace, progress and development.

You have been a shining example of what true royalty represents while serving as a unifying force and a beacon of hope to us, your people.

In what appears as transition of leadership, Otunba Taofeek Sokoya (a.k.a Danku) has been unanimously voted as the new Chairman of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners & Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN). This follows the resignation of Otunba Aina Nurudeen Alowonle, who stepped down to pursue his 'lifelong ambition'.  During an emergency meeting held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, the state executives of AMORAN addressed the resignation letter submitted by Otunba Alowonle. In his letter, the outgoing chairman expressed his intent to resign due to his decision to contest for the position of Executive Chairman of Sagamu Local Government in the upcoming Ogun State local government elections.
