Sagamu Day:The Labour Party Chairmanship Candidate unveils SYA T-shirt

The Chairmanship Candidate of Labour Party for the forthcoming Local Government election come November 16, 2024 in person of Comrade Ismail Arikewuyo unveiled the Sagamu Youth Day/ Inauguration of New Executives. In his address, he said, " I'm honoured to stand before you today as a symbol of youth participation in governance and our nation's affairs. As I unveil this T-shirt, I acknowledge the committee's tireless efforts to bring together diverse groups, ensuring no one is left behind. Your dedication to empowering Sagamu's youths is inspiring, and I'm committed to supporting this noble cause.
As a young and dynamic candidate, I believe our collective future hinges on inclusive development and youth empowerment. The "Not Too Young to Run" campaign has paved the way for our generation to take the reins. I'm hopeful that the incoming executives will build upon this momentum, fostering an environment where every youth can thrive.

To achieve this vision, we must prioritize unity and togetherness. Our differences are strengths, not weaknesses. I assure you that I'll work tirelessly to ensure our shared goals for Sagamu are not only achieved but sustained. Otunba Taofeek Sokoya Takes Helm as AMORAN Chairman Following Unanimous Vote

In what appears as transition of leadership, Otunba Taofeek Sokoya (a.k.a Danku) has been unanimously voted as the new Chairman of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners & Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN). This follows the resignation of Otunba Aina Nurudeen Alowonle, who stepped down to pursue his 'lifelong ambition'.  During an emergency meeting held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, the state executives of AMORAN addressed the resignation letter submitted by Otunba Alowonle. In his letter, the outgoing chairman expressed his intent to resign due to his decision to contest for the position of Executive Chairman of Sagamu Local Government in the upcoming Ogun State local government elections. Otunba Alowonle extended his gratitude to the executive members for their unwavering support during his tenure.
