BIRTHDAY: AMORAN Lauds Hon. Efuwape, Commends Her Outstanding Service

The leadership of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN) extends heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Funmilayo Efuwape, the Commissioner for Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affairs in Ogun State, on the occasion of her birthday.

We identify that the celebrant is an exemplary leader whose dedication, selflessness and commitment to public service have greatly impacted the lives of the good people of Sagamu and the gateway state at large. This, he kick started with a significant gesture of support by reaching out to his predecessors, offering them a sense of belonging within the union. Otunba Taofeek Sokoya Takes Helm as AMORAN Chairman Following Unanimous Vote

In what appears as transition of leadership, Otunba Taofeek Sokoya (a.k.a Danku) has been unanimously voted as the new Chairman of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners & Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN). This follows the resignation of Otunba Aina Nurudeen Alowonle, who stepped down to pursue his 'lifelong ambition'.  During an emergency meeting held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, the state executives of AMORAN addressed the resignation letter submitted by Otunba Alowonle. In his letter, the outgoing chairman expressed his intent to resign due to his decision to contest for the position of Executive Chairman of Sagamu Local Government in the upcoming Ogun State local government elections. Otunba Alowonle extended his gratitude to the executive members for their unwavering support during his tenure.
