OGUN AMORAN APPOINTS AROWOLO AS PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER, OSHINAIKE AS STATE ASSISTANT FINANCIAL SECRETARY
The leadership of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN), Ogun State chapter, has confirmed the appointment of Comrade Adebola Arowolo, popularly known as AROKEM, as the union’s new Public Relations Officer.
The announcement was made during an extended state executive meeting held at the union’s secretariat in Abeokuta on Wednesday, September 11, 2024.
Otunba Taofeek Sokoya, the State Chairman of the union, while announcing the appointment, stated that Arowolo’s selection was the result of a unanimous decision by the executive council after a thorough evaluation process. Sokoya noted that Comrade Arowolo possesses the key qualities necessary to uphold and enhance the public image of the union, emphasizing his proven commitment to the organization’s values.
In his acceptance speech, Comrade Arowolo expressed his gratitude to the executive council, especially the State Chairman, for entrusting him with such a significant responsibility. He assured the leadership and members of the union that he would remain dedicated and strive to justify the confidence placed in him.
In addition to this appointment, the union also announced Alhaji Oshinaike Hakeem, also known as Sommy, as the new State Assistant Financial Secretary. This appointment fills the vacancy created by Comrade Arowolo’s previous role as Assistant Financial Secretary.
