COALITION OF REMO YOUTH LEADERS, STUDENTS AND CIVIL SOCIETIES ENDORSE HON ALOWONLE FOR SAGAMU LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAIRMAN

Today marks a pivotal mark in the unprecedented history of Remoland as the progressive leaders of youth, students and civil societies from across Remoland converge in the state capital to publicly endorse the candidature of Hon Nurudeen Alowonle who recently throw his hat in the ring to contest for the office of the executive Chairman of Sagamu Local Government. 

Hon Alowonle, who recently resigned from the all-eyed office of the Chairman of the Ogun State Chapter of Amoran. 

We are more than proud to announce our unequivocal endorsement of Hon. Alowonle for the position of Chairman of Sagamu Local Government. This endorsement is a significant moment in the political landscape of Sagamu and a clear reflection of the confidence we have in his ability to lead the local government toward a future of progress, prosperity, and inclusive development.

Local government is the closest tier of government to the people and serves as the cornerstone of democracy. It is at this level that the impact of governance is most directly felt by the citizens. His recent service as the State Chairman of AMORAN (Articulated Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria) has demonstrated his capability to manage complex organizations, navigate the challenges of leadership, and advocate effectively for the needs of his constituents. It is with these considerations that we, the Coalition of Remo Youth Leaders, Students, and Civil Societies, have come together to endorse Hon. Alowonle for the Chairmanship of Sagamu Local Government.

Hon. Nurudeen Alowonle is a leader who has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to the welfare of the people of Sagamu. His tenure as the State Chairman of AMORAN was marked by significant achievements that have had a lasting impact on the lives of the members of the association and the broader community. Under his leadership, AMORAN not only experienced growth but also became more organized, more focused on the welfare of its members, and more engaged with the government on issues affecting the transportation sector.

One of the hallmarks of Hon. Alowonle’s leadership is his ability to bring people together. He has a unique talent for building consensus and creating an environment where diverse voices can be heard and respected. This skill was particularly evident during his time with AMORAN, where he successfully managed the interests of thousands of members, ensuring that their voices were heard at the highest levels of government.
