For Dr Razaq Shotayo, human race always throws up different categories of people; the highly and the lowly placed; the accomplished and the not so accomplished people and above all, the exemplary achievers whose lives are exciting chapters for the upcoming generations.

One unique thing about Dr. Sotayo Olusola Rasak who doubles as National President of the Motorcycle Operators Union of Nigeria (MOUN), is not only contained in his personal life's achievement, which is in itself a factor, but by the way he has been able to touch other people's lives positively through his various offices he occupied.

Shotayo is also widely acknowledged for his countless humanitarian services and far-reaching philanthropic gestures.

He is one man whose outstanding achievements are sources of inspiration to the present and future generations. Service Board, this particularly made him stand out among his contemporaries within the transport unions in the country; a leader with passion who is determined and resolute to make it in life.

Femi Akinlawon, his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity in his testimonials affirmed that Dr. Rasak's leadership has witnessed a drastic reduction in thuggery and a marked improvement in the behavior of riders since he assumed office.

Adding that the reforms implemented by his leadership in the sector has been widely acknowledged by stakeholders with affirmation that the union is now more organized and peaceful than before.
