IPERU INDIGENES FORUM FELICITATES GOV. ABIODUN ON HIS EMERGENCE AS THE CHAIRMAN, SOUTHERN GOVERNORS FORUM

The Iperu Indigenes Forum has felicitates the Governor of Ogun State and an illustrious indigene of Iperu Remo, Prince Dapo ABIODUN, CON, on his emergence as the Chairman, Southern Governors Forum, at the forum's meeting held at Abeokuta, Ogun State, on monday 

The forum in a congratulatory message jointly signed by Prince Ladi OLABINJO; High Chief Ifasola OPEODU, the Oluwo of Iperu; Otunba Adebayo SALAMI; and Tope OYEKAN; Convener and Administrators of the forum respectively, rejoiced on behalf of the Alaperu of Iperu, His Royal Highness, Oba Adeleke Adelekan IDOWU-BASIBO (Odoru V), FIEX, FICMC, all the Iperu Royal Fathers; and entire indigenes of Iperu; with Prince ABIODUN on his becoming the Chairman of the Southern Governors Forum, comprising of governors from the South West, South South, and South East States.

The forum acknowledged and commended the significant honour bestowed on the governor by his colleagues having been adopted through a unanimous decision of all the sixteen governors present at the monday meeting, a consensus arrangement, which according to Gov. Babajide SANWOOLU of Lagos State was based on their conviction of the leadership acumen of Prince ABIODUN to successfully lead the forum.

While wishing Gov. Dapo ABIODUN a successful tenure, the Iperu Indigenes Forum prayed that the good Lord shall give him the grace to lead, alongside his Vice, Prof. Charles SOLUDO of Anambra State, to the admiration of his colleagues who have all reposed such great confidence in him, and most importantly to the yearnings and expectations of the good people of Southern Nigeria.
