OGUN STATE AMORAN: Empowers Members with Loan Scheme, Encourages Responsible Utilization

In an effort to empower its members amid prevailing economic challenges, the leadership of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners & Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN) has initiated a loan scheme, providing each branch chairman with a one-million-naira loan.

During an expanded state executive meeting held at the Union's state secretariat in Car Wash, Adatan, Abeokuta, the Union's publicity secretary, Otunba Taofeek Sokoya (a.k.a Danku), revealed that the loan aims to support members in diversifying their income sources by engaging in alternative businesses.

Sokoya emphasized that AMORAN has established a partnership with a commercial bank to offer low-interest rate loans, which will be promptly disbursed to beneficiaries upon completion of necessary documentation. He urged the branch chairmen to utilize the loan responsibly to achieve its intended purpose.

Solola Bolatito Abiodun, a branch chairman from Ifo local government, lauded the state executives for their foresight, expressing gratitude for the initiative's potential to assist members in overcoming current economic challenges.
