AMORAN Extends Warm Ramadan Wishes to Muslims, Encourages Virtuous Conduct

The leadership of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners & Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN) extends heartfelt greetings to Muslim faithful in Nigeria and worldwide as they embark on the sacred journey of Ramadan.

In a statement issued by the union's spokesperson, Otunba Taofeek Sokoya (a.k.a Danku), AMORAN emphasizes that Ramadan transcends mere fasting; it is an opportunity for Muslims to deepen their connection with Allah and humanity.

"We fast not only to fulfill our duty to Allah but also to elevate ourselves as servants of humanity. Ramadan encompasses more than abstaining from food and drink; it calls for embracing the true essence of the holy month. Let us uphold the noble values that Ramadan embodies," the statement reads.

As Muslims engage in fasting and spiritual contemplation, AMORAN urges them to embody the principles of sacrifice, self-discipline, goodwill, justice, tolerance, mercy, compassion, and generosity that define Islam.

Furthermore, the message encourages all adherents of the Islamic faith to use this auspicious month to offer fervent prayers for the prosperity of Nigeria, particularly Ogun state. It calls upon individuals to nurture their souls with virtues and commit themselves to serving humanity and advancing the development of their communities and nation as a whole.
