The Chairman, Fund-raising Sub-committee, and Director, Contact and Mobilization (Diaspora), of the Ojude Oba Iperu Planning Committee, Prince Babatunde ENILARI-SOLARIN, has commended donors who have contributed towards the 2024 Ojude Oba celebration. Prince SOLARIN gave the commendation while speaking during the meeting of the committee held recently. He commended members of the committee for their moral and financial contributions towards ensuring a well-organized and successfully-delivered event. He particularly appreciated a member who sponsors the guest artiste for the day, the fuji sensation, Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, and another who has donated a sum of #1m (one million naira). The Ojude Oba Iperu Remo has received a boost as Ogun State Government has pledged to collaborate with the organizers in ensuring a successful staging of the event which comes up later in the year. Giving the assurance is the Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Ogun State, Honourable Olusesan Fagbayi, while receiving the Ojude Oba Iperu Remo Planning Committee during a visit to his Oke-mosan, Abeokuta office, on Wednesday.
