The former Chairman of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN), Otunba Nurudeen Aina Alowonle, has joined family, friends and associates in celebrating the birth anniversary of the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Political Matters, Rt. Hon. Tunji Egbetokun. In his goodwill message, Otunba Alowonle extolled the virtues of Egbetokun, describing him as a seasoned politician, astute administrator and loyal party man whose contributions to governance and political stability in Ogun State remain commendable. He said: “Rt. Hon. Egbetokun has consistently demonstrated rare courage, wisdom and dedication to the service of our dear state. His passion for grassroots engagement and commitment to advancing the cause of good governance have continued to inspire many of us.” Otunba Alowonle prayed for long life, sound health and greater accomplishments for the celebrant, while wishing him a joyous and memorable new age.

Ogun State, Nigeria – August 2025 – In a recent announcement from the Ogun State Government, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON, has approved the appointment of Basorun Adebayo Awosanya of Sagamu Local Government as a Consultant to the Governor. The appointment, which was communicated in an official letter from the Governor's office, is set to take effect from Monday, 11th August 2025. According to the letter, the remuneration and benefits for the new position will be in strict accordance with the state's extant Remuneration Package for Political, Public, and Judicial Office Holders.
